Stage Write 2019 – Bedford

Stage Write has been one of Bedford’s annual theatrical highlights for the past 7 years and is run by Bedford based companies LifeBox Theatre and No Loss Productions. Stage Write 2019 will also tour to London this year as a collaboration with Stanley Halls based theatre company Good Wolf People. Four performances will take place as double bills over two nights and will be followed by a short question-and-answer session with the writers, directors and actors. Good Wolf People will be adding our own piece of new writing to the bill with a preview of their new show @SimCos3000

These shows are performed script in hand following a short rehearsal period.

Gamers Marcos and Simran thought all they had to worry about was content and merch in their quest to be the next YouTube sensation. But when a rival gamer, a nosey teacher and a family secret threaten everything, the ambitious duo realise they might not be so invincible.

As their commitment to “the plan” (it’s laminated) is tested by jealousy and bad choices, these best friends will encounter the relentless battle raging inside us all the battle between the good wolf and the bad wolf. But which wolf will win?

Please note: this production is in development and therefore will be performed script-in-hand with the hope of talking to you afterwards to get some feedback

Note that this show is suitable for children 8+.

Tickets for this show are priced at £5.00, with a concession price of £3.00.
